Even in the UK, which is tiny in comparison, because I live in Cornwall which is popular for tourists, when people visit Cornwall they want me to meet up with them. But for a start, I have a job! 😂 And it’s often a couple of hours drive where they are. So, as much as I want to see you, no I can’t come meet you after work on a weekday. When people are in holiday mode, they forget that life is not one long holiday when you live near the beach. (But I do love it!)
