I grew up going to that park all throughout my childhood/early teen years. I moved away from home in 2018 from the Chicago area to Orange County, California. Seeing the park brought back a lot of awesome memories. Great video as always.

I've been to six flags about 1..2.. oh I've been there 7 to 8 or 9 times and my favorite rides are the ones that drops down from the highest point and there's a six flags park with a water park on the other side of it and its so cool its in chicago and in california somewhere.

I’ve been to six flags in gurnee, I only live like 30 minutes away and I have been on every single ride there. This park is like my home park. I love six flags , raging bull, eagle, and Goliath are my favorite.

That's the first thing I noticed. This is the first video of his that I have seen and I'll be checking out some more. I was thinking, "this guy is from further north than Gurnee," even though you can hear it in a Chicagoan's voice as well, his was well pronounced. I love it! I usually look for it in the word BAG. That's my favorite. Haha, just playin' with ya. I want to check out your Wisconsin Dells video next. Used to go there a lot as a kid, and it was always Noah's Ark. Went in 2019 and Kalahari was sweet. It was the off-season, so indoor was a must with snow on the ground, still. I'd still love to go back to Noah's Ark and see what it looks like now. It's probably been 25 years since I was there, if it still exists? :) Thanks, Kyle!

I was there on October 31, 1979, the last day they were open that season and it was two for one admission. Being a college senior, that was important. It was very cold, snowing actually, but we still went on the water log ride. The coldest was the Ferris wheel after dark just before the park closed. Sitting on the top freezing!

I live in NJ, so I have passes for Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson and also have Hurricane Harbor. We just opened a new coaster called, Jersey Devil..I can't do the coasters because of motion sickness..stinks, but I live through others, like yourself..gives me enjoyment watching you all..

If you enjoy Great America, then go to Cedar Point. They basically have the same rides, plus more, but they are all faster, higher, extra twists and more severe. It's like Great America on steroids. You'll love it.

Yes!! Cedar Point, please!! You might need two days there, it's big and lot of rides. Being right on Lake Erie you get lots of amazing views, plus on a good day, you can see Canada from the top of Top Thrill Dragster. Highly recommended.

I haven't been to Six Flags Great America, however I was at the "short lived" Six Flags Worlds of Adventure in Ohio. I also was at its predecessor Geauga Lake numerous times. Loved going to Six Flags Great America growing up! Back in the day, Shock Wave and Iron Wolf were my favs but they are long gone. Batman is awesome with cool theming and a unique smell. Had to laugh cause the carousel was also the meeting place when we were kids, even our class field trip meeting place was usually the carousel. Good times Kyle!

I’m another WI transplant living in FL, and I actually used to work at that Disney Store in Gurnee! It’s a Disney Store Outlet, and since Disneyland doesn’t have Character Warehouse like we do down here in FL, the Disney Store Outlets actually get all the discounted Disneyland merch! I used to go nuts with gifts for my family in that section with the double discount lol. It’s a great way to get Disney Parks merch when you can’t make the trip to one

You should take a trip up to Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ! Ride Kingda Ka (tallest rollercoaster in the world) and Jersey Devil (tallest, fastest, and longest single rail coaster in the world)! Lots of other cool attractions as well. Also 5 mins from a Disney Store outlet!

I love six flags great America so much. Haven’t been there in quite a few years since having kids and moving to Florida. Spent so many days at six flags. There’s times I’d go every single day of the week. All day at the water park and then coasters all night long. Get back up in the morning and do it all over again. Raging Bull was always my favorite. Goliath was a close tie. Haven’t been on Maxx Force yet. I was quite disappointed with the newest Joker ride.
