Visiting Ten Acre Field - Worzel Gummidge Filming Location! E-Bike Adventure - EPIC FAIL

Worzel Gummidge is a British TV show than ran for a few seasons on the late 70's and early 80's it always brings back fond memories from being a child and i decided to take a trip to North Romsey in Hampshire to film a little location video, I used the ENGWE Engine Pro but sadly on my route home it decided to die on me, Very frustrating as the remaining 3 miles were difficult due to how heavy the bike is... anyway, that's todays adventure.

Aww old Worzel, i use to watch this most Saturday tea times at my Grandma's in the early 1980's. Grandparents and parents all sadly passed away 😢 Had a good childhood, although was somewhat freaked out when Worzel changed his heads for whatever occasion 😮😅

Got goosebumps when the field Worzel stood in came into view, i remember he would fall forwards or backwards on his post in that field 😅 There's a housing estate in Bournemouth built in the early 1980's that has roads named after places in Hampshire and the New Forest, Braishfeild, Sway, Twyford and so on. Really enjoyed this, that e bike's pretty quick 👍

We filmed a series of Worzel Gummidge Filming Location videos for the 40th Anniversary back in 2019. Seems only yesterday we were in that famous field where Jon Pertwee filmed. Must go back someday soon!

Great video mate, enjoyed that. I remember Worzel (the repeats.. Obvs 👀🙄🤣) Aunt Sally played by Una Stubbs. Countryside looks so peaceful out there. I'm thinking maybe sports mode drains the battery quicker, but it should've given you a lot more warning. Fingers crossed it's a one off issue. 👍👍🎥🚲

Yeah, Had it in sport the whole journey, will use eco next time for a long trip, the battery isn't accurate tho as claimed id had way more than i did so misleading.

Love these vlogs mate, the weather doesn't look all that was absolutely chucking down today when i went out, that's a beautiful country side mate we got cows here in the London in Syon Park there's a castle there and cows. that's a very nippy e-bike mate nice to get out on the bike instead of driving all the time keeps you nice and fit. 😊👍Worzel Gummidge way before my time mate and I'm born in the 80s too apparently had Barbara Windsor known as Saucy Nancy in it 😅might have to watch it one day, that's a beautiful acre field Dave I wonder if you can go camping there?

Sorry to hear about the battery, but I enjoyed the vlog and learning about Worzel Gummidge. Hopefully it does better on the next charge. If not, reach out to the manufacturer. Given the intent was you would review this bike publicly I would hope they'd make it right.

Dave I've found it very satisfying watching u on ur ebike. How far can u go on a full charge and do u have to do some peddling and when peddling does it charge up the battery❤

Thank you, peddling don't charge if unfortunately, they say about 50 to 80 miles but managed about 15 on a full charge today so no idea what happened... really disappointed. I'll try again but make sure someone is on hand with a car for when i get stranded 🤔🤣

I think the sport mode drained it, the battery meter tho was very misleading and led me to believe I had 60% left

You have to do proper battery management don't let it go below 10% and only charge up to 90% as your ruin the battery they're not cheap

My scooter and my bike can say 20% and then just go dead stay away from anything with batteries only for short journeys electric cars there are joke
