My brother and I used to love the show. Sammy would refer to Noreen as "niece Kelly." I do remember that John Forsythe's character treated Sammy's character with respect.

Unfortunately, I was only 5 years old when Mr. Tong passed away. I loved Mr. John Forsythe from the nighttime soap Dynasty. May they both continue to rest in peace. 🎉🎉 Thanks, Mr. Steve, I enjoyed the video. Your friend from the great Peach 🍑 State of Georgia 🍑

I love both of your channels. I learn so much. Your Graveyard Channel brings light to what, sometimes, is dark. You do such a wonderful job and I learn so much! Thank you! I already checked one of my Glamorous Hollywood Idols, Raquel Welch's ashes are with her daughter Tahnee. Thanks again so much! Oh and John Forsythe was also the voice of ,"Charlie", on "Charles Angels"! Thanks Charlie!;)

@@TheGraveyardChannel Thank you for your reply. I wanted to know if you have ever done a video on Dolly Sinatra and/or Dean Martin, Jr's death on the same mountain side. I think it was the Palm Spring mountain area? Tragic! I saw a video on Prime about Frank Sinatra being a resident of Palm Springs. Do not recall the title but I can tell you both his daughters Nancy, Jr. and Tina were not in the story. I don't remember if Frank, Jr. had passed at the same time of filming. Try and check it out if you haven't seen it already. You look healthier every time you release a video! Wonderful! Keep up the good work! We need you around for your great videos and mind-blowing info. They should give out KZbin awards for the certain type of videos you, the 2 Scott's Lamont , and Jordan the Lion make. Take care!

The concept of a bachelor father in the 1950’s and 60’s seemed exotic in a world of the nuclear family with a father and mother plus 2.5 children not to mention the family dog and station wagon. Not unlike identical cousins. But we watched and we believed. ❤️ Paul

As with Perry Mason, and Leave it to Beaver, it was a time for the whole family to share some happy times together. I was 5 years old, in 1960.

This is a show that was before my time. Also one that never made the rerun circuit. Probably for about the same reason shows like Amos and Andy never made it to reruns. I did find it interesting that you mentioned Mickey Rooney. That was just a few year's after Breakfast at Tiffany's and Rooney's low point as an actor.
@johnbastien38724 ай бұрын
Very interesting this one. But somehow I think he is due a little more research. The father notation on the headstone sort of drives the point. There is more here.

I loved Bachelor Father as a young child. We were really lucky in those years as kids & families we had great shows with good examples of life, we didn't have violence in the shows we grew up with. I wonder if Norine Cochran is alive still & her brother is alive, & if not alive where are they resting now? It would be interesting to know. Thanks 😌
