Brings back good memories. It just gets better from here on out.

The good bit is when we start cruising! Can’t wait.

If your speedy dagger board HH52 emerges as anything close to that HH42OC "Wynns" hybrid cruising beauty you will really have some serious bragging rights for a long time to come. A long time. Like everyone else can't wait to see it wet.

Thanks. We’re super excited. Can’t wait to be out cruising again! It should be a very special boat at least that’s what I’m hoping.

You’d better come visit Bermuda when it’s ready!!!

I’d love to come and visit you! That would be super cool. It seems like we’d visit when heading from the USA to Europe. That could be a while away, but it should happen 👍

I saw you met with the Wynns. I'd better go back to their Channel to see if you were in one of their episodes.

Feeback, a (bluetooth) microphone with wind woolie would make the sound a lot better. Some of your voice is inaudible due to the wind.

We’re number 4 of the 52’s and number 1 of the aft helm 52’s.

Curious why you choose to go with aft helm vs the forward helm. @@pageadventures

@@enderdragoon sorry for the delay replying. We chose the aft helm for a few reasons...... You loose a lot of space in the main saloon in the forward cockpit (it's space taken out of the saloon). We will cruise long distance, hence much more time at anchor (I think for our last circumnavigation we spent about 80% of our time at anchor) - hence saloon being bigger is more valuable to us. At sea, the autopilot steers, so we will still do watches in the same place as forward helm. I'm concerned in really rough weather having to open the front doors and getting water into the saloon. We come from a monohull and are use to steering from the back of the boat and being able to look up at the sails to trim. I also think docking while standing right at the side of the boat and seeing the dock will be easier, likewise in the Mediterranean if you Med moor you can see the back of the boat easily. They're all my thoughts, but I've never sailed a forward helm boat.......

@@pageadventures Chris White's forward helm boats sail well, including in weather since the cockpit is many meters inboard from the gunwales. The Windelo forward helm is even better protected.
