The thing I admire is the ability to smile through a lot of this - and I'm aware that this is partly to shield it. I'd always quite liked the idea of Wales, because we used to holiday there when I was in single figures (before the rise of Thatcherism even!) and so it always feels more idyllic than it is.

I wonder if that shopping center you walked through was the one I used to occasionally work in at a little table for a ‘cash for gold’ company. I remember it having a glass roof which make it baking hot in summer. That would have been approx 2010 so long before you were there.

As always a superbly made video. Thank you for taking us all on a lovely car journey to see the sights. Haven't personally been out of the area where I live for years. So having your travel videos to watch are very much welcomed. When covid is truly gone, one place I recommend you visit, is the island of Guernsey, part of the Channel islands. This is where my late mother was born and together with the other islands, such as Juersy and Sark, were the only parts of the UK that were occupied by the Germans during WWII. Look up Guernsey's Little Chapel on the internet. I think it's the smallest chapel in the world. All the best, Trevor from East London.

I'm sorry to hear about your Uni experience. I completed a Film course at Birmingham City University back in 2018. Fantastic place and considered one of the best unis for film production in the UK! Still no film career though 😞😅
