Loved your perspective seem very smart and real it wasn’t negative it was perspective . Cakes r big but still over $20 is way too much I own a bakery high end no reason for high prices unless her rent is crazy but amount of business coming in would flatten prices out. I agreed with all u said. Also gratuity is forced at 20% even if u just get cake and drink in restaurant so that means they are not $22.95 so they r $27.54 plus tax that’s a lot. She knows what she’s doing. On one hand I admire her achievements but in other hand I can see she took a route that might bite her in coming years once she’s not new kid in the block and she’ll be seen as money hungry which is a pity because her work is great and will fit in with great pastry at Disney where it doesn’t exist nor even the patisserie at Epcot is pretty bad I tried a bunch and bad is understatement except baguette that was great

The cake bake is new it’s pretty and lit up her lights r her artutecture ur right no color I designed my own store and it would’ve been wayyyy nicer for her to add tgat red in her store and would’ve looked nice but it shows she made descisions she didn’t consult with a designer she did it.
