Bro the fact you speak Spanish fluently says a LOT about your character and respect. One of the biggest things you can do to show another respect is to appreciate and truly take the time to understand their culture, and you do that with every single person or group you feature in your videos. @@douglasrodenbach8000 I think you're reading too much into it. He spoke to the man in Spanish to make him feel comfortable. Forcing someone that cannot easily speak English to relay their message obviously is the easier way out but does not encourage the person to speak. Not speaking on the rights and wrongs of who should know what language, just simply that Tommy went above and beyond to conduct an authentic discussion and he clearly got more out of it for doing so.

I am a 70 yr old woman who stumbled onto your channel & have watched several videos now. You do some incredible things. One thing that's so cool is how so many people are willing to talk & share their stories with you. Imo, that's because you're sincere. You show respect & people respect you. You have a gift of relating to people & you show that you care. I don't see you trying to change or lecture anyone. If you knew me, you'd never expect that I'd be one of your viewers. For the people saying tommy could've found a sketchier neighborhood, or that those guys aren't "thug enough."... you are completely missing the point of these videos. This isn't to glorify thug culture and violence. It's to educatepeople and spread awareness about different cultures and dangers. This episode is about trailerparks. If you watch these videos cause you think the streets are "cool" then you're part of the problem. Thank you tommy for what you do. I look at you as a hero of sorts. You give a voice to the voiceless. God bless you. I hope to see you in small town Tennessee one day. I got some things i can show you about our small town streets and drug problems. We get ignored too I'm a rapper from the 931 like Supreme Lyrik from Redneck Rave, we got a song coming out.
@melissagonzalez84173 ай бұрын
The title says its the sketchiest trailer park in phoenix... if that wasn't supposed to be the premise of the video then it should have been named as such; that is most definitely not anywhere near the sketchest park in the city and as rents in the city are in fact super high, there's no way that kid is paying $3000 a month on his rent. In order to qualify for $3000 a month apt. He would need to make $9000 a month income. If he had an income of $9000 a month he wouldn't be hanging out in any trailer park... no matter where the city. So this bull episode just took phoenix and put them on display for the rest of the country looking like a bunch of wimps who dont know what's really going on in the world. If this video was meant to show truth, then show truth... if it was meant to make phoenix look bad then at least make us look like we're bad enough to hold our own when it matters. This video was pointless and misleading ~>point blank~> don't like it~> do it right next time!

i gotta say Tommy ive been watching for a while and the way you interviewed Chris the homeless guy was great ... great questions ... very respectful ... very disarming ... you cld tell he felt comfortable talking with you ... id assume you probably throw people a few bucks to motivate them to wanna speak (i might be totally wrong) but either way i could tell your tone, eye contact, demeanor in general made him feel like you cared and thru the screen i can tell you do care. you treat people like people not like zoo animals. Youve really improved all around since starting the channel but specifically that interview made it obvious how good youve gotten with interviews especially with a random homeless guy on the street! you wld be a great counslor or therapist or something with public outreach. i gues thats what youre doing now getting into the streets showing people what it is1 MAD LOVE FROM NYC KEEP GOING BIG DOG!

Here's a tip for a future trailer park! Sun Valley, Nevada is just outside of Reno. Within ten years of opening long ago, it was the LARGEST trailer park in the entire US. Not long after becoming the largest trailer park in the US, the locals started calling it the meth capital of the world. Sun Valley finally got sold out and now it is basically it's own town. Normal houses are built closer to the entrance but once you get deeper, Sun Valley shows it hasn't changed. A lot of history there. If you talk to anyone in Sparks, Nevada, they have some trailer park stories.

You can tell the community is strong there, that is whats missing from america it seems like. Ive watched a lot of these type videos but this one seemed like one of the realist with the interactions especially with chris.

Brother, this was awesome! No one in our current government would step foot in this trailer park, and yet, you are here reaching out to their little community without any judgement and with a desire to really know and understand these incredible people. To hear their answers to your questions almost brings a man to tears. So many of us have the wrong idea about people and places like this but have never taken the time or chance to see whether or not they are right. I will be honest. My eyes were opened a little by watching this, as I did not expect the kind of personalities I saw here, and for that I am truly sorry. You stated something to the effect that what this country needs is more unity, and you are absolutely right. I think we would be better off if the folks in this trailer park was running the country right now, instead of this current administration. Even a number of the people on the other side of the political spectrum should be replaced by people with the same heart these people have right here. Thank you for taking the time and making the risk to go to the "Sketchiest Trailer Park in Arizona! I hope a grip of people watch this. They could certainly learn a thing or two. God bless you, brother!
