Thanks for sharing your visit to Warnemuende Germany with us. I was stationed in Germany for 4 years in the 70's. Mostly near the East German border in Wildflecken, Fulda, & Bad Kissigen. I was a HAWK Missile crewman in the Army. I also spent quite of bit of time outside of Frankfurt in Butzbach at our Headquarters. I ran the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Prevention & Control Program for our Battalion. I attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey California where I studied Russian & German. I spent time in the Army Security Agency and worked as a linguist at times. Over the years I translated lots of material for UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Germany, Paraguay, & Santa Catarina Brazil. Thanks so much for sharing your German trip with us!

We were there in 2019 on an NCL cruise. We went to see the Schwerin castle and then walked around the port town. We had the most incredible German dinner!!!

Rostocker must be a fantastic beer! Can’t wait to see your Greenland content. Are you at Ilullissat ice fjord yet? Without context, what the lady said seemed harmless: “everyone is holding a little ticket (or receipt)”. In the background, the other lady seemed to say, “how should I know?” My best guess is the background lady somehow lost the ticket/receipt, so her travel companion is unhappy.

@@DLiu-f3w wow....thanks for telling us what that fussing was about. It lasted a long time!!! Maybe just very expressive... The fjord is iced in, so we may enter the fjord and turn around according to the captain.

Man already starting your cruise yelling at people 😂. We’ve been contemplating doing a MSC cruise. What’s your take on it? Would you compare it to any other cruise line? Pros cons?

She was not happy with her friend! Ha ha We prefer Princess the most, followed by Holland America. The price is just right for MSC, but the food is not the best. Maybe for a 7 day it would be ok. Norwegian is great in most aspects but they nickel and dime everything.
