Ahhh beautiful, mashallah sister ❤ I am a sister who reverted in 2023 during Ramadan aged 54, my son whose 26 reverted this Ramadan. I always find it very emotional watching people take their shahada, I too cried when I took mine and of course cried when my son took his. It does come from the heart, may Allah bless you sister 🙏❤️

@@raidaradham4625 I have witnessed many shahaadahs at my masaajid for the years. I even see some online as in this example. I usually have mixed feelings about it. First when see others joining the fold of Islam, that should be a message for both long time converts and those "born" Muslims as many of us are being caught into the dunya, imitating the kuffar for weather, material gains, we see those already living the life that some of us are chasing and they are leaving becoming us! There are sisters who wear the hijab provocatively, for example they see a secular woman leaving it behind for niqab or hijab. They should stop and think, the women they are trying to imitate is having more respect for the Quran's teachings than them. Perhaps we should try to be better Muslims overselves when we see high conversions.
