Hello sir, this video is nice. It is the same way my parents have been doing from more than 4 decades😊 in my house. But we don't use banana. They mix Nandini ghee and safal refined groundnut oil in a bowl and use it for making dough and for roasting chapati. They fold it in triangle shape than square. And while pressing, they press to round shape so nicely.
