For Jeera Pulao:
1.5 cups Basmati Rice
2 Bay leaf
4 Green cardamoms
2-inch Cinnamon
1 tbsp Cumin
1 cup Onion slits
2 slit Green Chillies
Fry until light golden
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup Cashews
Salt
Roast for 3 mins
2.3/4 cups Hot Water
Coriander chopping
For Aloo Parata:
1.5 cups Wheat Flour
Salt 1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Oil
Great 3 Softly cooked Potatoes
Little Coriander chopping
1 Chilli chopping
3 tbsp Onion chopping
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
Salt
1/2 Lemon Juice
Paneer Capsicum Curry:
3 ripe Tomatoes
15 Cashews
4 Cloves
4 Cardamoms
1-inch Cinnamon
1/2 Bay Leaf
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Water for grinding
Grind to a smooth paste
6 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 Bay leaf
1/2 cup Onion chopping
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp roasted Coriander Powder
Salt
1 cup Capsicum Cubes
3/4 cup Hot water
Cook for 3-4 mins
200gms Paneer
Little Coriander chopping
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tbsp Crushed Kasuri Methi
For Kaddu Ka Halwa:
Peel 600gms Tender Bottle Gourd
De-seed and grate the Bottle gourd
Squeeze the water
6 tbsp Ghee
1/4 cup Cashews
15 Raisins
750ml Milk
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Green food colour
3 tbsp Ghee
For Green Chutney
3 Green Chillies
Salt
1/2 inch ginger
10-12 Garlic pods
Fist full Coriander
First full Mint
1/4 tsp Black salt
1/2 tsp Aamchoor powder
1/4 cup Curd
Grind to a smooth paste with Chilled water
For Mango lassi:
2 cups Chilled Mango Cubes
1/4 cup Sugar powder
2 Green cardamom seeds
1 tbsp Saffron soaked water
Grind until sugar melts
Chilled curd
Blend on high speed
