Ramp metering is used to control NUM of vehicle on freeway Ok u need to create logic in visvap

I also get my friend new update Vissim ,can i done this Vissim 21 same with the one you are using, so do we still need visvap or new update is enough to create ramp metering detector.

Thanks my task is highway Ramp metering and it's necessity . So when do we need Ramp ( or volume we need to use ) e.g 1000 main road and Ramp 250 vph vph . 1250 vph and Ramp 350 vph . Please how many seconds red and green signal timing? . Thanks 🙏🙏🙏

@@MohamedWarsameYusuf that depends on requirements of freeway and it's LOS if Los is higher than volume should be low And signal timing can be controlled by logic used through occupancy rate of detectors or speed of vehicles .
