My parents had the '71, '74, '77 Landau, and the '99. When Chevrolet reintroduced the Monte Carlo in the 90s, it was basically a two door Lumina. When the Lumina was discontinued, that's when the body design changed to the last generation of this great car. As a child, I have always admired the Monte Carlo. It has a history that is in a class by itself.

SS & 454SS are one in the same, you couldn’t get an SS unless it was a 454

Chevy was spot on with the Monte Carlos my favorite & prefered Generation 70 - 72

My uncle and my late grandpa built a 1972 monte into a drag racing car back in the 80’s. I maybe biased cuz its a 72 but i love that year of monte. The 71 ss 454 comes in a very close second

I’ve had 71 , 74 , 77 model . The 77 was my favorite.

Great video, I had the 73 and 75 . I like the 73 better because it had a lot of chrome and a nice grill .

My favorite is the 2nd gen 73to77. I Have a 76 350 2bbl .my brother has a 70 350 4bbl 300hp. I Used to have a76 400 4bbl.My favorite car ever!😊😊

It would need to be a sports car and not a luxury sports car. It also needs to have a lot of power and the noises to back it up.

Why would you show these terrible versions of the beautiful Monte Carlo? That is not what they originally looked like, you couldnt gather some pictures of stock factory Monte Carlos? Who are you catering to in this video? Children under 12?
