A tip for multiple cursors is that if you require them non-contiguously, pressing CTRL+ALT while clicking adds an additional cursor where you click.

Good overview. I like the way you promote your own extensions ;) But all of them are useful, without question! One question: there were extensions to expand comments. Why is this not integrated into VS? //x, //- //!, //? and so on - very usefull imo! Grettings from rainy Norway :)

In my case it's CTRL+E,D. I don't remember ever consciously setting or choosing that. I suspect that when you install VS how you answer a question about the type of development you do might give a different shortcut scheme. It's been a long time and I don't recall quite what the installation option is.
