I love the images where you and the trees have a distinct sense of connection and interaction. I love just going bush to see what sparks my attention. I can lose myself so easily to the natural spaces when I go for those kinds of walks. What a gift they really are.

I really like your video ! So inspiring! I feel also very connected when I am in a forest because I really love trees. But I realized also last year that I am feeling deeply calm and well when I am in a valley or a canyon surrounded by big rock formations or high mountains! I am very fascinated by rocks, the different textures, colors, shapes they offer.

Kim, ❤😂❤ another great vedio. From my comments and pist, photography is the therapy, nature is calming. NI, I don't have grand "woodlands" to explore and walk. BUT, I do have a audbon park, every trip, walk brings new insite. The leaves, grass, the oaks, pines, textures of nature are there to see and explore. Thanks

Beautiful ancient trees, so many years of knowledge and experience. I have a small wooded valley with a river running through it that I visit for nature connection. Never fails to revive me 😊 Lovely video Kim. Rod

Thank you for yet another very inspirational video, Kim. I love your words and those images of you dancing around the ancient tree are so beautiful. I too live near an ancient woodland and I go there every morning to walk among the ancient characters I see there. It's my morning meditation. There really is something special and truly empowering about being in nature.

What lovely inspiration, I had some yesterday. When walking the dog, came across some fungi. Once home, got my camera and went back to photograph them. Once done, I felt lifted and a spring in my step. Thank you for sharing your time and the fantastic experience you had. Lovely to start my day.

Brava come sempre, bellissimi pensieri. Le forme degli alberi, le faccine, i segni nel legno e nelle roccie, da sempre alimentano il mondo delle fiabe e della fantasia, una grande risorsa per l'anima umana. ❤ Grazie, G.

Good morning Kim, great video, the peace and beauty in the outdoors is amazing. The lord put everything in nature for a purpose. Have a blessed week. As one dealing with anxiety and depression, regular life makes me feel bad, but out in nature, does remove those dark feelings.

Padley gorge in the peak District is an incredible location. If you go during the week, it's almost deserted. I spent 3 hours there last Monday and only saw 5 people. It has streams, trees, waterfalls and is surrounded by the beautiful tors of the area. Definitely worth a visit.

Awesome! I have a woodland nearby that has a tree with a burl on it that looks like a baboon's face sticking out of it. Trees are always so fun to allow into our imagination. I'm often asked why I continue to go to the same place whenever I go out, but they are beginning to see that all of my images are different. Thanks for letting me tag along!

An amazing video and images, Kim! I loved the insertion of you in this nebulous, dissipating, semi-translucent state. It created an interesting contrast with the dance physical appearance of the trees. 😊

For a long time I used the auto settings on my camera because I didn't care about the best images just capturing moments and being able to show others what was in a place they may have heard of but never been. As I learned the basics of camera setting and use of light my photos got better but I still didn't care much about taking pictures for the sake of taking pictures. It was abut getting out and exploring and if something that inspired me to pull out my camera happened along so much the better. Sometimes it seems most photography channels solely appeal to the gear junkies or the sharpness crowd. How sharp can I make a boring or uninspiring shot? Who cares? Oh, I used an UberShot 9000X with the LightLord 85.721 MM F negative 2 lens to get the bokeh. Did you see my bokeh? I mean, that's a killer bokeh, right? Yeah, but what's your subject? I'm not a photographer I'm a moment recorder. If the gear is good enough to capture the moment then it's good enough. It's in the same vein that I play the guitar but I am in no way a guitarist or musician. And I'm actually fairly good at it but I'd be bored to tears if I had to play only the songs other people thought were worth playing.

It’s why Tolkien used forests and trees in his novels. He saw the magic and the ancient in the forest of trees.

Roughly a month ago, I attended a local parade. As the people, bands, and small floats passed by, there was a big yellow school bus. In the bus there were only two people that I noticed. The driver and a small young girl waving as they passed by. I was intrigued by the little girl and hurried forward to get a better view of her. After I went home, the photo was lightly processed. There was something that kept me going back to that photo. For several days I could not figure out what was so attractive to me about that photo. Then I noticed the little girl's smile and facial look. That was very close in appearance to Mona Lisa's looks. (I could send this photo to you but this message section will not let me attach photos.) Where you imagine dragons and monsters, I think more about people and animals.
