"I think thats one of the best things that you can possibly do for yourself, just... exist" best Olly quote ever! Honestly this hit me in the feels. This video was really calming and amazing. You're a really great person :) I also find it hard to visualise stuff, but when you were describing it it sounded similar to a form of meditation. When im feeling really overwhelmed by feelings or sensory overload I try to close my eyes and retreat into my mind. Just let thoughts pass by and not focus on anything for too long. Its surprising how much doing that for even a few mins can help.
