from your name you look like a Pakistani.. India has one of the largest English speaking populations (ofcourse, by virtue of its overall population alone), and atleast after their 12th grade, most STEM students study in English medium. Furthermore: a.) Even if you don't understand English, there are enough (excellent) Physics lectures in Hindi and other Indian languages on youtube. b.) This particular lecture series by Khan Academy is for MCAT, which is a specific examination for admission to American Med Schools, where International students have virtually zero chance, even if they are high achievers.
