The new A/B testing functionality is amazing! I was hoping this would come sooner or later and this is more than I hoped for.

I'm curious to hear, what you have planned for the segmentation. Will there be an api/webhooks to bring in user properties and events and how will a visitor or user be identified/recognised? The referrer propery on the document object (telling you the previous web page or app screen that the someone came from) or UTM params would be great as well (for different landing pages). There's a lot you could do obviously. Plasmic lends itself so well for variant testing.

@@j0hannes5 There in fact already is such an API to bring in your own "traits"! You can find a link to the docs at the bottom of the optimization panels.

This is actually insane. Wondering what the performance impact would be and compatibility with the next app router. Page view thing with pricing is a bummer

Are the section templates also available without any styling or content, so functioning as purely structural assets?

Question, can you use Nextjs to build an app with many real time data connections? Would you be able to accomplish it with nextjs vercel, and graphic that linked into real time data streams such as web sockets? Specifically I am referring to a TradingView like experience. I’m curious as to what the pros think on this issue? Or should a real time application like this be built on a different architecture?

@Kierre Reeg Definitely, Plasmic doesn't impose any restrictions on your React app that would preclude use of websockets. A key distinction of Plasmic is that (unlike low-code tools in general) your codebase is in control and "is the app," not Plasmic.

Hi I fear plasmic 😢 has no plugins available for seamless payment processing. Also the workflow and internal database functionalities like Bubble has been pending since the stone age. In addition I think you should update your footer to 2024 as seeing "2023" on the footer of such a platform is a big turn off sign and signal the team isn't working vigorously to ship innovations. Furthermore can someone realistically create a webpage like Coingecko and Glassnode with Plasmic (please be honest)?

@@majestinostario1341 I don't see why Plasmic wouldn't be capable of creating webpages like Coingecko and Glassnode , it integrates with your codebase... So as long as you can build your own React Components or use React libraries that suit your needs, that is possible. Even though it's a low code application builder, where it really shines is allowing the developer to switch between code (where you have flexibility) and low code (where you have speed).
