I have been struggling with praying and spending time with God because I thought there was a structured way of doing it. I thought God didn’t love me because I wasn’t at home spending an 1 hour and a half praying and reading the word. I missed the whole point of being intimate with God. I started to play this song, Jireh, and Million Little Miracles in my car whenever I went anywhere. One day on my way back from a trip I played this song and boyyyyyy the presence of God flooded in the car. I started crying uncontrollably, praying in the spirit, and I started thanking God for everything in my life. His presence flooded the car so much I almost had to pull the car over. Thank you Lord!

Hello everyone! I'm from the Adirondack mountains in New York but I have strong Scotch/Irish blood in my veins on both sides of my family (if the red hair, fair skin, and blue and green eyes weren't a dead giveaway). My great grandfather on my father's side was from Clan McIntrye and he married a bonnie lass from Ireland and moved to Canada and then to NY. My mother's side was wee bit further back but belonged to Clan Johnston. I love everything about my Scottish/Irish heritage and I've been drawn to it's music like an ancient whisper to my soul, ever since I was a small child and long before I knew of my heritage.

@@janemckissack2714 I wish I could, unfortunately financially impossible 😔 I'm gonna share a very strange yet personal experience I had in Edinburgh. My mum ni were checking into a hotel, overlooking a waterway. I felt peculiar as soon as we entered the place, very old 3 leveled building. We are taken up to our room on the 3rd floor. As soon as the owner let us in, helping us with our bags. I was immediately drawn to this huge window overlooking the waterway. I was aware how weird I felt, transe like. I couldn't take my eyes off the water, telling my mum I've been here before. My mum replied, no you haven't, you've never been to Scotland before Andrea! I say more firmly Ive been here before and glanced at her a moment. I could see from her face that she understood what I meant! There was a small bar on the main level, so we decided to have a wee drink before dinner. The bartender (the owner) was serving us. I asked him what the history of the building was. He said one thing. Back in the days of prohibition, the wives would stand guard at the windows, while their husbands were running whiskey barrels along the water. They would use candles as a way of alerting their husbands if the law was coming. Well, let me tell you, I looked at my mum and said I told you I've been here before! We had a giggle. I've always had a heartfelt longing of love for Scotland, now I know why.♥️🇨🇦

Hello... I hope this helps a little, I'm sending it with warmth and friendship, in gentle tones... We *never*, ever say 'Scotch' as a term for our nationality, in Scotland -- 'Scotch' is a drink and a drink ONLY! It is whisky!! =) (And yes, whisky is spelled without an 'e' in the British Isles and Ireland)...A lot of Americans (a few Canadians) sadly seem to say 'Scotch' as a term for our people and it's very frustrating for Scottish folk to hear because it is so incorrect. The right term is *Scottish*/Irish heritage/ancestry. My own family heralds from two strong, ancient family lines of both Scottish and Irish clans who married together, so I too am Scottish/Irish - (many Irish migrated over to Scotland)... But please remember ... we *never*, ever say 'Scotch' unless we are thirsting for a wee dram to warm our bones!! Please do help to spread this information if you hear others use this term incorrectly, as it helps understanding and cultural education. We also hear Americans use the awful word 'Britisher' instead of the correct term *Britons* or The British - which is dumbfounding because no-one would say 'Scottisher' or 'Irisher' would they?! So why 'Britisher'?! ... It's very odd and offending and some people get quite upset about it. We wish there was better education. We hope you visit our beautiful Isles one day... they will enchant you and I'm sure you will love them ~ with sincere kindness and warm wishes to you and your loved ones ~ Slāinte ! x
