I remembered being 15 anxiety depressed all the usual teen Stuff at age 18 i became homeless for 6 months me and my mother it's been 3 years now and I am doing so much better I'm not perfect but I never gave up ik you've heard it alot i bet but just keep going don't give up on yourself don't worry bout what others think just be the best you you can be be proud of yourself first before worrying about others being proud i wish you luck

I am 16 and depressed and i can say the same thing, for me its the friendly ans approchable aura that she has, it always calms my anxiety down and makes me feel better :) i hope you're doing ok, i know first-hand that anxiety is hard to deal with, but you can do it 💖

This might be a little tmi, but my husband and I have Covid and this video was super comforting to me. God damn this worked so well... There's something about visual feedback that really triggers the tingles for me. And the switching colours did wonders :D Even the regular triggers with the colour filter were just stronger! The yellow filter just looked like you'd done some white balance correction though and gone a bit too far :P Just out on a nice sunny day. It actually looks super nice though. And for whatever reason those sticky pads always get me good! All in all, I enjoyed this video a lot!

I really loved this video, and I hope you do more with color related ASMR. The orange section was maybe a little strong or oversaturated? I liked the orange at the end of the video when you were cycling through all the colors, and had the white light hitting you from the right side to soften that orange. This was a very creative idea, and I liked that you incorporated all five senses into the spectrum of colors.
