I dont know any seniors from vitc just for guidance i'm asking you.....thought it would be more familiar if i ask a student directly, have i lost something in academics (quality of teaching, infrastructure) for choosing vit chennai over vellore campus, i dont care about campus life

We got seat catagory 1,vit chennai(computerised special course) unfortunately we didn't pay fees. Can we get that seat again? If we directly go and meet Vit, can we get seat any other branches?

VIT follows online counselling through their portal to allow students to enrol in their courses. But in some cases, if you know someone in management, you can explain your situation to get a seat. Good luck & All the very best

If Smart Manufacturing is allocated for you in Josaa Round 1, then you will definitely get that seat.

Anna i got vit chennai CSE in fee category 1 , if i get IIIT DM kancheepuram mechanical. Is it is wise decision to skip vit chennai ? Because nirf rank of vit is 17 but iiit dm kancheepuram rank is 100-150. But share your thoughts anna . Waiting for your reply 😊

1.Food provided at VIT Chennai hostel is pure junk. Causes stomach upsets and ill health. 2.As regards the infrastructure, in certain computer labs the infrastructure is totally inadequate. The students are required to bring their own laptops. Even then the seats are not adequate to accommodate all the students. It speaks volumes about the adequacy of infrastructure. 3. The systems provided in the library are mere toys. They don't work according to the librarian.
