If you dont want take drop then you can go for it.. Because btech cse ki 1st cat fee is 2 lakhs and you are still paying 1.5 lakhs being in cat 2.but if you believe that you can crack jee then take drop.

Cause it depends upon three factors : 1) how many students will apply next year? 2) what are there pcm marks and overall marks? 3) from which board they have completed their 12th and from which state domicile they are? So, its your luck..people deploy vit so much, but idk why.. You can do equally better or even more better as students from iit's it is upon you. Vit vellore will definitely provided you everything ..now you have to make its proper use. Abb tum decide kro.. Kyuki payment ki last day bhi nazdeek ha and hostel rooms ka count bhi limited ha.. Make a wise choice, discuss with your teachers, elders and someone who is in this field.

It depends on your financial condition and the course you got. Cat 3 has high fee as well as some students dont prefer int mtech. So if you wanna pursue your career in btech cse core you can go for any tier 2 clg with an avg placement of 6-7 lakhs. But totally depends what you want. But , if the fee of the local clg is as same as vit Chennai campus then vit is a bit better as its a brand name. Good luck!

Now the thing is, vit change its curriculum with the industry needs as far as i know and has good infra and faculty too ( some might disagree with me anf yesh im not an agent im also a student who is going there 😂 ) so if you have got your dream course and the fee is also same in local clg then go for vit ( its acc to me)

There click coordinator list there they will give 2 professors mails I'Ds They are given because of any query about admission 3. You should pay advance tuition fee according to category wise

Well, soft eng is a kind of course in which you grow exponentially if you have interest in this field. If you are tring to find an alternative for btech cse then you can go for any other clg too. As there are many private clges and have decent placements too like in Bangalore and Chennai as well. So at last depends on you that how you want to see your self in the future.
