I think it would be good to have a bit more evident guiding tabs for these side supports and then fitment would be better. They are separate parts, so it is just matter of paying attention to during installation... :)

@@dsv I have their Type 59 early and T-54-2 in the stockpile. It looks like there will be a lot of test fitting. I may have to make a sign for the workbench that says STOP! with a picture of a glue bottle when I do these. :- ]

Parting seam lines should be sanded flush on mating surfaces. Sure, dry fit must be done prior to using any glue. I'd recommend adding small internal details to panels, then assembling hull out of panels, checking true geometry at every step. 90⁰ steel angle and small blocks are helpful to maintain proper angles while glue sets.
