Kiana. Sa full power was less than 10% (could be as high as 9.999% or as low as 0.0001%, we dont know) of the Cocoon power. And is unknown if Vita has Sa full power or just a part of them, so she would be even less than that.

Kiana negs her. SA, who literally rules the entire SoQ, was only 10% as powerful, and Vita only grabbed part of her authority and omniscience. Kiana would one-shot her. Not only that, Finality by nature transcends all dimensions, and SA rules an 11 dimensional multiversal structure. Kiana is beyond dimensionality as a whole, and SA is terrified of her and the CoF. SA had to hide away from Cocoon of Finality for thousands of years, and after being shot by Kiana, she had to retreat and recover for thousands of years. This isn't even close. 😂
