Strange that he has a problem with saturated fat, even though vitamin k is actually a fat soluble vitamin, and can be found in multiple animal tissues but especially in animal fat.

I would prefer if he didn't talked about vitamin K, since there isn't one. Vitamin K1 and K2 have very different effects, and conflating them like that isn't right!
