I've never tried these- they look so hard - the tuck with extension looks very doable for me - your tutorials are SO GOOD!! I saw your shoulders shaking so I can't imagine how challenging these are- you make it look like a piece of cake!!! Defying gravity as you do!! Amazing step by step guide! Were your shoulders so spent after this shoot?! Aww! Your pup!! So cute!! That air walk reminds me of Rolando form :60 Calisthenics!!! Love plank variations!! Such a well detailed video Victor!!!

You can definitely do it Kirsten, you have so much core strength that will be no problem at all for you! Step by step 😊 Thank you so much! Your comment makes me smile as always! Have a great day Kirsten!

Awesome! I didn't know that about Bruce Lee's real name. Very cool! The Dragon Flag looks legit. I've never actually tried it. Seems like a big strain on the neck and back. You go down so slowly. Very tough. And your air walk looks like a Sci-Fi special effects move. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

YES, but I can only get one or two full reps of dragon flag but can hold it a good 20 seconds plus. I do the one leg at a time with pointed toes for now thru most of my current routine for the time being. I'll have this one good in about a month or two ;-)

I can and I would say it’s a beginner intermediate move that I learned in my calisthenics journey fairly quickly so for anyone that can’t do it never give up

Source on the claim that hyperextending your back during a dragon flag is bad for you? Your abs are primarily responsible for spinal flexion. If you dont hyperextend your back you dont train your abs in the stretched position therefore creating a vulnerability.
