How has no one mentioned the fact that Eli made the difference on the wall jump. He was getting his back wheel on the ground and back on the throttle faster than anyone and that’s where he was gapping Jett every lap.

Cooper was not at his best, but you could see a difference between Eli and Jett are on another level. 100% cooper would be better but he needs to pick it up to catch the leaders, Roczen as well, but they will get better.

Tomac is back! Everyone should be scared. Jett and Chase included, cuz if that YZed is haunting and hunting them down with him being back to beastmode form he will freek them into a mishap or crash... Good and crazy race scenario in the first laps... Webb leading, explosive Roczen on him in 2nd with Eli, Jett and chass all wheel to wheel coming up on them... gnarliness! Its shaping up to be better then Bubba, Reed and RC battles, can you imagine!!! But you talk about goof Friezebrain. What a great field of athletes, the level on average is the best ever! Is there footage of the Dylan / Chace dealio? Where can we see it? 250s, JuJu looked great. Smitty is a steady eddy and so fast thru the woops, which A2 has two rows of woops. JoSho is one tough SOB! RyderD is doing well. Cole Davies is unreal and will be a multi time champ for sure. Doogan is poor sport. Can't wait for A2. Great insight fellas.

Worrying about Eli's fitness is an overreaction just like thinking the 2025 Honda was going to keep Jett off podiums. Roczen can and may win races. Unless he is willing to risk his body again, he's not a title threat. He's going to need to rub some elbows week in and out. His pass on Anderson was aggressive in a way I haven't seen from him in a while. I understand, after his injuries, not being willing to risk it but he needs to if he's going to be in it. Between that, and his ongoing health issues that he's constantly fighting, I don't think he's in the title fight. That being said, he's as talented as anyone out there and there's an alternate universe where he never injured his wrist and won multiple SX titles and would probably be in the Eli, Jett, Chase category right now.

Speak for yourself. I'd much rather have DV as commentary over the U.S commentary crew. Unfortunately I don't know French, so I can't listen to his commentary. Ricky, james, diffey, will Christian, are godawful. Too scared to give an opinion. It's always " not going to speculate on what just happened " soft as it gets. Too worried about being Mr nice guy and not offended anyone by saying what they think happened. They won't even speak on bike issues because they're too worried about offending manufacturers.

There is no significant physical drop off in a person's performance in their 30s. In fact Eli will have a better chance of going a solid 15 rounds because of his experience his age is literally not a factor physically When he's in his 40s you can start talking about how he can't sustain 15 weeks But there is no drop off physically in your 30s I know this because I'm in my 50s and I performed an extremely high level of athleticism until I was 42 At the age of 42 was the first time I felt my reflexes slow down and it wasn't just me one of my very close friends who is the same exact age felt that same drop off at the same age and I hadn't communicated to him that I had felt it This idea that if you're in your 30s you're somehow crossing a magical boundary into retirement because physically you drop off is total bullshit and it makes anybody who talks about it sound like somebody who still shitting in their own diapers
@jub075 күн бұрын
I don't totally agree with you but below 35, for sure, people are capable of being world class athletes. It does seem that beyond 35, most start to lose some qualities. Your body stops recovering as quickly in your 30s too and that is a problem for world class athletes at the top of sports, especially if they get hurt. Eli could win local A class titles by minutes until he's 60. You can still be a beast into your 60s but it's not the same as competing at the highest level of pro athletes. I think Eli has taken longer to get to peak form after the injuries than he would have if he was 22. That being said, I think it's crazy to worry about Eli's fitness. That has never been in question except when recovering from injury. He went hard in both A1 and San Diego for the whole moto. He made the comment acknowledging that he's going to have to be 10/10 for a whole moto and knows that's what he's going to do every single weekend. He's here for real and his age is a non-factor. Jett and Chase are both here for the whole season too.
@13Skaree5 күн бұрын
@ I just got done talking to Darkside and what I told him was there is no physical drop off in your 30s There might be a slight slower recovery time but reflexes do not drop off stamina does not drop off and muscle strength actually increases Add in the fact that he was born and raised at high altitude and has had greater oxygen supply to his muscle tissues his entire life I would argue he will be in his 40s before he sees any significant dip I do agree with you that a lot of people can start to feel a fall off after 35 But none of these guys are 35 And not everybody feels that fall off at the age of 35 Again I know I didn't feel any significant fall off until I turned 42 and the same goes for a very good friend of mine Granted I look very young for my age that I don't know if that has to do with mentality or genetics it definitely wasn't due to my healthy lifestyle lol Although I do find myself wondering if I had lived an extremely healthy lifestyle and trained at high altitude would I still have another 10 years in my pocket One way or another people are gonna learn that Eli at 32 is in better condition or equal to anybody else on that track in their teens or 20s ✌️🙌 go ET3

I think yall are trippin on deegan .. from what I saw he looked extremely patient and big picture focused the moment he didn’t get the start .. I mean just saying .. u watch him in practice? the heats? Ya he’s fine .. it’s sx the field is deep enough you can’t start out of the top 5 unless you wana hang it out and deegan can and will do it once it’s actually necessary for the title but rn it’s totally not necessary but if he hangs it out and turns a 3rd into a 12th bc he crashes then yall will blah blah blah lol so nah imo he looks exactly like what I expected him to look like if he wasn’t near the front .. dude wants to go 450 asap aka title is a must .. so as long as he gets the title he’s fine .. from what I see clearly its title or bust not wins and dominate or bust ..
