2024 Motocross of Nations | Press Day ft. Herlings, Webb, Prado

The 2024 Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations is underway at Matterley Basin in the United Kingdom - Lewis Phillips cornered a handful of elite riders for a chat on Friday. Jeffrey Herlings is so candid as he talks about his admiration for Jett Lawrence and how pleased he is to make it to the end of a season. The last time that Herlings raced the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations was in 2021 and that was far from a 'real' event. Herlings provides some humor too, as does Tommy Searle.
Jorge Prado discusses his title in the 2024 FIM Motocross World Championship and Jeremy Seewer talks about his tricky term. Cooper Webb previews the race on behalf of Team USA and breaks down his move to the YZ250F - it is obvious that he is quietly optimistic. There is so much to take from day one. This has nothing to do with pride. Imagine owning/running a factory race team where you invest millions of dollars on riders and then send them off to a different team run by a competitor and also laying out the money to get them there. There is too much risk vs reward for top factory teams.

@@jrod4717 you got that correct. Every body thinks these guys and teams dont make money at desnations but they have several sponsors that pay for the added exposure. Im sure fmf vp race fuel monster red bull fox thor and etc cut a check. Nevermind the social media exposure for guys. Sponsors want exposure and they are getting one extra race on a world stage. Take deagan if he went and did several you tube videos he would get at least another 100k subscribers on a world wide scale. There are people who don't even know who haiden deegan is.
