We have been soo 🍀 lucky to be able to enjoy watching Eli. I got married and raised a family then flipped the channel over to a race in 2021 ( last time I had watched they were racing 2 strokes). Tomac happened to be racing and After 10 minutes of watching him I was a fan. I went back to when Eli became a pro and watch his career up through 2021. Then I was hooked and of course Eli was the man in 2022 I watched every race in 22 ‘ and since thanks Eli, you brought me much joy!!

Out of shape webb on a 250. And choke artist AP. That's a big force to you ? Eli himself is the force. The other 2 will just hold Eli back. @janniksims5740Ай бұрын
I think they will definitely be in the top 10. Most country's don't have 3 strong guys. Most country's don't even have 2 guys riding for them in the world championship. Germany for example has an unusually strong team this year with Roczen, Simon Längenfelder (podium guy in the 250 world champion) and Max Nagl who is the current German champion, but he is 36 years old by now and the hight of his carier was a runner up World championship in 2009 and a des nations title in 2012. Back then he was the MX1 guy for Germany and Roczen was on the 250. Now Roczen is considered old and Nagl is still one of the 3 fastest guys Germany can muster up... @@slayer6936

@craigbartlett2783Ай бұрын
Why? Deegan never said star didn't wanna go because of money. That is all rumor. He has always said it was because they want him to get his hand fixed. How does that make him look bad? It's a smart business decision for star not to send him.
@Sprocket74Ай бұрын
@craigbartlett2783 Last year the excuse was star didn't want to send him, this year he has to get this surgery that's so important he must get it done before mxon but it's been fine for him to win on all season. It's a joke, if people can't see through it idk what to tell them. APs got a messed up shoulder, Webb and Tomac just came off of thumb injuries, like what's the next excuse for him next year? It looks bad because you got the best 250 rider in the class on a star bike but you're sending your 450 guy to ride it instead? It looks bad the whole teams going and they're not 100 percent either yet Deegans not.

Props to Tomac, and of course Webb and Plessinger. I'm usually not the flag-waving type, but I do believe in "serving" your country (I was USAF 35th Wild Weasels). No way am I equating riding MXDN the equivalent of our military members, but it's something. Again, even though I'm not the flag waving type (it's misused too much as a marketing tool), I'd love to see Tomac, Webb, and Plessinger stand up on the Red Bud podium next nationals together holding the flag. They certainly deserve to do so, and it'll put the others who use it as a marketing tool in context of the commitment from these three. There are the talkers, and there are the doers (patriots).
