Hi guys. I started doing this workout 7days ago, today is the 7th day. I'm so happy that i can do this workout straight for a week. As a result, i can feel my thighs are toned and loose a bit. I'm going to continue to achieve my desire thigh size. For those who are working out, don't give up! You wanna pay for your hurt and exhaust.
