The customer service on the blend tec is fabulous! They are in Utah, any time I need anything ( which isn’t very often) they overnight me a whole new assembly.. no questions asked, no cost, it was under warranty. I’ve had mine for over 13 years( needed a couple jars over that time period.. )I use it to grind wheat, make ice cream make smoothies multiple times every day.. totally love it!
