you can actually find clips of him for real. Just search "vitas without lip sync" and you'll find compilations. These compilations are not perfect but you can find examples of him obviously singing for real. Most of them are old though. Also, one you may not find in a compilation is from a Russian tv-show where singers imitate each other. You'll see a woman dressed like Vitas trying to sing like him, then he'll join her and sing too. It's also notably real.
