Hi ladies, I’m so happy to be back and sharing my everyday food routine! From energizing green juice to a simple yet delicious air-fried salmon dinner, here’s what a typical day looks like for me regarding meals.
✨ Breakfast:
Green juice
Collagen
Turmeric drops
Matcha
Farmer cheese with Manuka honey and berries
🥗 Lunch:
Try my Walnut, Endive, and Pear Salad with Goat Cheese-it's healthy and full of flavor! Recipe included here.
Ingredients:
5 endives chopped
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
½ cup walnuts, crushed
3 oz goat cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat a small pan over medium heat. Add the crushed walnuts and lightly pan-fry them for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large bowl, toss the chopped endive and sliced pear.
Add the pan-fried walnuts, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add crumbled goat cheese on top.
Gently toss everything together and serve immediately.
Enjoy your warm, flavorful salad!

Air-fried salmon with Caesar salad

CESAR SALAD recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 jar of anchovies
• A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
• 6+ cloves of garlic
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp yellow mustard
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• ½ cup red wine vinegar
• Juice from ½ lemon
• 1 cup olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine chopped anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice in a mixer.
2. Slowly whisk in olive oil until the dressing is smooth.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
