For tampering first in general , we have to add mustard seeds and turmeric so that these both will remove toxins from the oil while when it is heated up, toxins will release from the oil. Actually we use these for this purpose , turmeric is not for color and also while using turmeric we have to use pepper too so that our body will curcumin in that. It's nice recipe .Thank you

Ur curry is awesome. I tried with mushrooms instead of brinjal. My hubby get allergy if he eat brinjal. I use Amul cream instead of milk. My hubby really felt good while he eating curry with dosa. Mainly the way u adding kaju in the curry quite lovable
