Hi. I think the difference is most women need to make the time to go to the gym. If they have kids , school runs, they don't listen if they are pre teens, then somehow you finish all your house work and you are just exhausted then try to sit down and relax it's already bed time and you have to prep for next day😅. In a women's mind it will be like.. I did all this physical activity for today and that would do as gym for me 😅!
