10.11.2023 Georgian " Lezginka" is for me one of the best dancese, wich i listen any time. Viva Georgia, viva Tbilisi city. I was be in Tbilisi city and in Rustavi city many many years ago snd in my heart are many sweet memories with to georgian great and lovely cityes. Thank you very much.

I was in a European folk dance group, and we were at a festival. It lasted 3 days, and the stage was in a different place each day. The Georgian performance overshadowed those of the other countries and every other folk group there. The cruelty and strictness of their coaches, and their desire to achieve the best performance possible (including the dancers themselves), led them to smoke weed before they entered the stage. They had multiple choreographies like this throughout the day. Our coaches would just say, "Look how strict they are." I was ashamed to enter the stage and perform our slow and boring dance. I never went to that group again. Now, I go here and watch these true dancers and professionals whom I love.

Танцуйте свою гандагану, товарищи, вы только за последние 10 лет научились нашим танцам. There is a technique 1:00 If you look closely he chose one point in front of him to look at and is looking at it every time he turns. Body starts turning head stays on that point as long as he can then turns head fast aiming at that point again. If you use this technique you won't get dizzy. If you move your head with your body not looking at one point but looking all around you you'll fall . I was dancer too for 9 years. BTW i am Georgian too ;)
