I hate to offer any constructive criticism because I'm a fan of the show and I have no expertise or special insight but Bear felt somewhat disruptive to Vitor's flow at times during the podcast. A lot of podcasts are fine with the host(s) and guest(s) going back and forth but Vitor seems like more of a storyteller who's going to provide long responses to most questions. It's hard to articulate but a lot of the disruptions followed this format: As Vitor was in the middle of explaining something and I'm on the edge of my seat, Bear would jump in with a legit question, Vitor would start answering that question, and Bear would quickly say "got it" while Vitor is in the process of answering his question. Thanks for the podcasts!

I had biggest day of my life 4 days after Belfort vs Rockhold. Being a huge Belfort fan I was concerned that if Vitor loses it affects my mojo. I had med school entrance exams. As the history shows Vitor kicked Luke's head to oblivion. I was so pumped up. Listened Vitor's entrance theme going to the exams. I got accepted and have been a doc many years. Time sure flies.
