I remember reading about ETA and its dissolution, so I was actually a bit surprised that you didn't mention it in your Bilbao video. Now I know why, it makes more sense to talk about it in the city where they have a museum. Fantastic work.

Thanks a lot! Exactly, it made more sense to include the ETA history here as I also visited the museum.

Those outdoor escalators are quite unique. You usually see them at airports and shopping centers. No Estrella beer with lunch?

Dear Jack .I just wanted to give a friendly notice . The Spanish government wasn't very friendly to the Bask people either, especially under Franco dictatorship. That was the whole reason for the violence escalation.Though civilian deaths are not to justify from each side . Dear Jack my friend,I just wanted to notice you in the complex of each country's history. Is a very sensitive issue and not as simple as black an white. So please less political opinions and more the adventure itself and always stay objective and open minded as I think you already are . Love and peace your fan Moses

Thanks for your comment. I never said that it was black and white or shared any political opinion. I just wanted to explain who ETA were and what they did. They obviously weren't the only ones who committed crimes in this conflict, but that wasn't the topic here.

@@iraultzabeitiagoitia5315 Como ya dije en mi otro comentario, solo quise explicar de manera breve quien fue ETA. Obviamente hay un gran contexto pero eso sería demasiado detallado por este video.

As I said on a previous video me and my partner love your videos and we appreciate you want them more professionally edited but sometimes I do love the others even more where it's just you speaking on the go. I enjoy seeing you just being you. It has a charm that most channels don't have. You miss a lot of the comedy, random events/talking to people, and miss out on how friendly and outgoing a person you clearly are. Any chance you might do more of your older style? Or at least mix it up a bit, half and half, time to time? Like for reviews keep them like this well edited, but for exploring more of the old? Like when you are in the jungle looking for orangutans or walking through Palestine. Makes us feel like we're there in the moment with you. Obviously I can't speak for everyone here, many might disagree but just a food for thought moment and of course you should stick with what you prefere. Lovely to see all these beautiful locations and love hearing your knowledge and insight. Keep it up buddy 👍

As a long-term follower, I love the narration style. It makes the videos feel very professional, a bit like documentaries. I always watched his content for historical insights and useful tips, and I think that by narrating them, he is even better at that than he was before (which was already pretty darn good). So yeah, for me, this style is perfect.

@@markgellert1 Yeah, don't get me wrong, I still love them, he's brilliant at his editing and narrating. I can't fault it. I would never make a suggestion to stop doing them this way. I enjoy both personally. Just as I said, some new people might not see the charm and humour Jack clearly has. He's such a nice friendly guy and would hate people to miss out on that side of him. It wasn't really a criticism on any of these videos. Maybe I didn't word it correctly. I don't know.

Well, in 1813 the British, with Wellesley on the lead, wtogether with Portuguese and some Spanish won the Battle of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Spanish army was too weak.
