It's possible you overfilled your bike with oil as it appears you checked your oil level while the bike was leaned over on its stand. When checking the oil level in a motorcycle, you should hold the bike upright and level. This allows the oil to settle in the oil pan and provides an accurate reading on the oil-level sight glass. Also, you should warm up the engine by running it for a few minutes, then turn it off and wait a few minutes to allow the oil to settle. Then, hold the bike upright again and check the oil level through the sight glass. I might be wrong if your owner's manual says otherwise.

Thanks for the advice and the watch, I am totally new to this and I will check the level when I get a friend to hold the bike ups for me. Really appreciate the comment.
