Thank you Stephan for once again an amazing video! You are definitely a master teacher. You always make my day, your knowledge and displays are priceless! Just helped a 97 year old client of mine move her attic belongings into storage. Wow! I found a vase filled with marbles and yellow silk flowers. She gave them to me. Saw ghosts, Ravenswood, Root beer floats, lots of killer vintage. Cant wait till your next video Your friend Michael in bone chilling Rancho Mirage! Boy 88' degrees today🤣. My hummingbirds are in full force! 🥳👍Take Care!

Hey Stephen I’m a loyal watcher of your videos. I’ve watched each one upwards of fifty times and accumulated so much knowledge and I just wanted to say thank you for putting the content out there. I’d LOVE to see a video on the later Peltier rainbos and some of the more rare color combos. Maybe even a little NLR vs Rainbo section in there to help new collectors out. They are starting to become quite collectible!

I absolutely love your videos! You've made identification a breeze and do so in such an entertaining way, its really helped me with my collecting. Soon ill be able to sort my childhood collection of 2000+ marbles that I built up as a kid going to yard sale with my mom, Im sure I have some goodies in there even if im no where near West Virginia lol

Hi Stephen! Thank you for another well put together video. Huge learning curve for me, but your videos shed the light needed to level up with knowledge. Much appreciated! Apparently I found a few nice Vitro in yesterday's haul. One was very apparent as the colors were easily distinguished as being harder to find. Blue, yellow, and brown. The others are posing a challenge as to their place in your # grid breakdown. I trust ill figure this out though. Your videos are a huge help. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

@@stephenbahrmarbles its a definite challenge. My girlfriend just less than an hour ago identified a Vitro...I said type one, type two, type....she just sighed and continued her search.

Hello again Mr Bahr. I wanted to share with you, I found an old cats eye boulder but I saw what I though may be a bug of some type inside the marble. When I shined a bright light on it, it looks like a large chunk of gold, sparkly flake of some type that fell into the marble while being made? It is old and hand made. Very interesting and I cant wait to discover what it really is.
@straightshooter36433 жыл бұрын
@@stephenbahrmarbles Thank you. Yes, the chunk of whatever it may be, is a black hunk with the gold flakes, very shiny

Hi Stephen -- thanks for another outstanding video. I now have a renewed appreciation for Vitros. Off topic -- I wonder if you might be able to answer a question for me. I have a light yellow vaseline slag marble, very UV reactive, lots of bubbles. The white swirl occurs deep inside the marble as well as near the surface. Size is about 11/16". I thought it was Akro but it has a lengthy distinctive seam. Maybe you, or one of your viewers, knows if CAC made vaseline slags? Thanks so much for your time.

I love vitro cats eyes, I have a bunch of them. However, I’ve never known exactly when they were manufactured. Perhaps you said in your video and I didn’t hear. I’m guessing they’re later but is there any idea the time range these were made. Thanks for the awesome videos.

@@trievaikenouye7478 Maybye the banana has just been sitting too long! 🤣 Ok,not so funny, but I also have a couple of non fat unusual colored bananas. I bought an old timers entire marblel collection and I'm finding out that this collection is awsome! Lots of great treasures in the collection! Stephen's Bahr's videos have helped me out so much with the research. He has reignited my passion for marbles. I never knew that the history of them could be so fascinating! Hes probably getting sick of me asking him questions by now! 🤣 He always responds back though, he definitely has a passion for marble world. I pulled out over 100 really beatiful bananas and like you I found a couple of truly unusual colored ones. 2 days ago I went back through all my cats eye boulders and I have one in there that has something trapped inside the marble. It looked like a bug, but when I shined a bright light into the marble it was a big chunk of black something, but it was loaded with very shiny gold flakes! It is a very cool and bizarre marble for sure! It's going up on my display shelf for sure! Marble people are awsome!!!
