R u from d Chicalim parish of upright & bold Fr.Bolmax? Even if u share one's recipe, d taste wd always differ, as d love portions vary from person to person. Try using a wooden cutting-board as d synthetic one is unhygienic, altho' easy to handle. Looking at this recipe from out of Goa it indeed does look tasty & tempting, so after d finished product, pls do not wash d vessel, as I wd come to lick it clean if not with d Poi, then with my bare tongue. Kaalchi kodi ruchik bori.
