Yea but a therapist never gives actual input - they avoid any input they can and just agree with your feelings - that's it...I've been to some good therapists but even looking back they didn't do anything that created any mindset change or shift - it was just pillow talk - maybe for women that's good but guys need more than a pillow to cry into - we need a real coach or mentor who has vested interest and isn't afraid to tell you hard facts and honest truths to tackle your problems...therapy they like to schedule you so you just keep coming back...if they sort out your problem then they lose a paycheck...a coach just wants to get you off the bench and on the field...

That's how life is bud, just a series of happy moments, with the default being struggle, suffering and sadness, add anger too sometimes. We live on an earth that constantly wants us dead, and we've adapted to fight for our life, even in the way that our society allows us too, like fighting to keep a job, fighting against coworkers or friends during an argument, fighting against everything in a way. Then sometimes you find those moments or those people who will allow you to stop fighting for a second, but that's rare, not the default. No therapist will tell you otherwise. You've gotta fight to be happy.

She would go out, get drunk, wake up in another city with no recollection of how she got there, and all I wanted was basic communication. But she called me controlling. I just wanted her to be safe. Then one day she went out, didn’t tell me where she was, then got in an accident and broke several bones as she was thrown from the vehicle. She was in shock and wandering through a neighborhood for an hour before someone found her and called 911. I couldn't find her and didn’t find out till the next morning.

lol. I know a girl who is going into the field to be a Therapist. She told me she wants an easy job and this field is easy. She said all Therapists slowly push you towards their own opinions and morality. She said she's gonna listen to people just long enough. To find a way to tell people that have separation anxiety. Then focus in on that endlessly.

Rowan really channeling his acting skills once again by displaying an infinite range of emotions and expressions with just one word.

Ngl man, it's not that hard if you're a regular human who can show basic emotions. The real acting here is the way he makes us hate his character while being such a nice person in real life.

Ngl, 60% of the things Rowan is doing here are ironically great. Sort of reverse psychology at its best. And by far much more effective than anything any therapist has ever done in my own personal experience, lol.
