A chaconne has always a descending chromatic bass. Though it is possible that Bach knew this Vivaldi catata.

Johann Sebastian Bach, BWV 12 - Weinen, Klagen, Sorgen, Zagen has the same descending chromatic passacaglia development. Should this cantata that has (in Italian) mostly the same title of BWV12 be well known to the Great of Eisenach?

a good question ... should work on it ... as we know Bach was deeply influenced by pieces of Vivaldi ......

By considering that the text by Bach recalls the same words, it is very likely... since it is also one of his Weimar's cantatas, he could have written it after receiving some cantatas by Vivaldi, including this one. I should check if he directed some italian works during the Koethen period or during his direction of the Collegium Musicum in Leipzig. This could also explain why he tried writing italian cantatas as BWV203 or 208.
