Yes! I make 2 videos for each piece. One slowed + pitched down and one sped up + pitched up

It's actually not deliberate. The problem with speeding up or slowing down something is that you don't have the access to individual notes and can just cut them up to be faster, or spread them to be slower. The only thing you can do relatively easily is to distort the waves making up the sound and make them shorter by highering the frequency or longer by lowering the frequency.
