What a fabulous, fantastic, mesmerizing, magnificent, spectacular, & superb young violinist she is! W/ no qualms at all, she must be one of the virtuosos in terms of the dexterity in violin. I have to say that mari somehow makes this piece become 3 dimensional, it's not because she plays the piece slowly. she is faster than others but she still has room for detail. I have compared Mari's playing with 33 other violinists playing the same piece. It is a relief to hear Mari's interpretation. free, interesting and relevant. perhaps this is the first time the four seasons have been interpreted correctly! What to do with 33 CDs that are now unbearable to listen to? Best Thomas

Every time I listen to this as if it's fresh and as if my first time. So full of energy and joy for me. The flow is so harmonious but the tempo fast. Bueno...primero quiero decir que Vivaldi, en mi opinión, es el creador de música REAL, que más nos acerca a la esencia de la música verdadera; luego quiero decir que de manera refinada, retrata en cada nota los sentimientos de TODOS, DIBUJA EN EL VIENTO lo que se genera en el alma de todos los humanos, es decir, así se siente el invierno, la primavera, el verano, el otoño. Independientemente de nuestras formas de vida y circunstancias...Vivaldi, creo que está dentro de las fibras sensibles de TODOS, EN OTRAS PALABRAS, ¡VIVA VIVALDI!
