Mere pass abhi recently learner license aya hai par mai already experienced rider hun, last 15yrs ka experience hai. Sirf mere pass gadi nahi tha isliye licence nahi banaya thaa. Toh mera sawal yeh hai ki har time kya koi na koi Apna kaam dhanda chodke hamare saath baitha rhegaa ?

Niyam toh thik hai par Driving licence ke test 2 baar deneke baad bhi clear nahi kar paye toh learner license pe hi chalana par raha hai. Waise toh chala sakta hoon par test ke time pe har bari mein galti ho jati hai. Niyomon ka palan karna chahta hoon par baar baar test dete rehne ka bhi waqt nahi milta
