I got scammed by Nitin Murarka . He is renowned personality in stock market . He also did face to face with you and I think he also usually come on News channels . These guys run teletgram by showing tremendous profits and all . To Join telegram channel they'll ask good amount of money. I joined it the trade coming in the channel is one way and once you realise its a trap his team is using your money for speculation and you can't communicate with them at all . This people should be jailed for doing this .

In this case this person was SEBI registered and had done non compliance on multiple fronts and therefore rightly punished. But what if someone is not registered with SEBI, does not claim to be registered with SEBI, but is taking fees in the name of investment advisory. Are there any regulations for those types of people/companies? I know who are falling in trap of these kind of advisors and have incurred huge losses. But since they never claim that they are SEBI registered, is a case possible against them?
