I have had one of these for about 4 months. Have put a few hundred miles on it. It is my favorite bike I have ever owned. However, so far I'm not in love with the brakes, and the shock in the front is bad; if only they had an adjuster for the front shock. The kick stand is not great and has since broken, due to cheap plastic parts. Even though there are aome quirks to this ebike, it jas been worth every penny.

Don't get confused by all his rhetoric about switching settings. put it on throttle you need to assisted by pedaling on take off going up hills rough terrain you might won't to assist for exercise you don't need to choose one of their settings to do that just throttle and pedal

Hi Tim, I believe you must have done quite some research because this VIVI is probably one of the most affordable one considering it's spec. Honestly speaking the display unit is also what I'm currently researching to upgrade (it's a very basic one) as I want something with more data available. Unfortunately so far I haven't found anything useful but if you did please share. 😀

@@poc9913 I love my Metakoo 26" CyberTrak 100... She has almost 1,500 miles on her and not a single issue ! Got her for 850.00 US. Its all about taking care of them ! Knowing how to maintain your battery ! Do some research into your local laws.

This bike is good but it depends on if you get a good model or cheap model shipped to you. I purchased 2 of them, white and blue one. The white one was $50 dollars cheaper and after less than a month the pedal assist stop working It comes on sporadically. The blue bike works fine. I feel I got jipped and im pissed off. Not much help from Vivi online when it comes ti their products

i have the same bike but no head light or rear mud gaurd, mode 1 is very slow, mode high is the best to use, I upgraded it to a 52v 20 ah running 500w and is much better, don't buy the bike if you plan to ride on road and also the handle bars are very bad so I would put better ones and throttle better twist like I did

Yes. Full throttle it does 22mph. And it has cruise control by holding the - button down for 5 seconds

Hi Bro, that's a very good question but I think the real answer depends on your local law and it's better to do more research. In USA, each State/City has rules on e bikes that's not all the same. Usually the law has different rules depending on rider age, bike max speed, motor power, e bike class, and where you're riding. I'm not familiar with EU rules but I'd expect more constraints.

@@JackChu the instruction booklet indicates power on and pressing the + AND - buttons and hold for 6 to 8 seconds. this delimits the 15 mph restriction. I am up to 25 (28 is legal here). was hoping for a bit faster

Hi, it's really hard to say because it depends on your riding style. Do you usually ride with "efficient" style? This means that your leg would be straight when the pedal is at lowest position. If so, it might be a bit small for you. However, I do a lot of street riding for commute and I have to stop frequently so I set my bike seat bit lower. If your ok with this then it should be ok for you.

The key is only used to lock battery into the mount to prevent theft. You don't have to use the key to install/remove it. Just push it along the mount and lift it up to remove.
