Oh no, you got hit with a game scale bug. Some charts don't support setting the scale to something other than game scale. It's unfortunate, but the workaround is just to leave the scale at the default of game scale (plus, it is the scale with least impact on performance). I do wish it would be fixed in the future, but if you haven't streamed the next chapter just yet, you should change that setting before streaming it. There might be another chart afflicted with the same bug

ah i see, i never actually knew that, i did also get that bug when i played one of the boundary shatter charts too. i did replay the boss song anyway after the chapter so im not too bummed, but yeah i wish it got fixed at some point. thank you for letting me know!
